Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love everything, but just in case, here’s how returns work around here:

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags still attached, no makeup, deodorant stains, or fragrances).

If your return doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll have to send it back to you. 

Sale items, intimates, bodysuits, accessories, and anything marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned. No exceptions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at your expense, and we recommend using a trackable service — we’re not responsible for lost packages.

To start a return, email us at [alyssa@shoponlyher.com] with your order number and reason for return. 

Once your return hits our doorstep, we’ll send you a confirmation email and issue store credit within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Just place a new order and return the original for store credit. We don’t offer direct exchanges since our pieces tend to sell out quickly.

The Fine Print

Returns that miss the 7-day window or arrive in less-than-perfect condition will be sent back to you. We appreciate your understanding — we’re a small biz doing our best to keep things smooth and fair.
