How do I use my discount code?

Discount codes must be entered at checkout before completing your purchase. We’re not able to apply codes to previous orders or make adjustments once an order has been placed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package and see the latest updates. Please note: after a package is handed off to the carrier, Only Her is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

I ordered the wrong size, what now?

We happily accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details on how to start the process.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to change or reroute shipping addresses. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can always check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and shop faster next time.

I’m having trouble adding an item to my cart.

If an item shows as “temporarily unavailable,” it may mean someone else has it in their cart or it just sold out. Keep an eye out—restocks happen often.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

We aren’t able to cancel or edit orders once they’ve been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Something is missing from my order—what should I do?

We’re so sorry about that. Please email alyssa@shoponlyher.com with your order number, a photo of your packing slip, and details of the missing item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

I received a defective item, what should I do?

If you received a defective piece, please email alyssa@shoponlyher.com with your order number, photos of the product and packing slip, and we’ll help you with a replacement or refund.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologize for the mix-up! Please email alyssa@shoponlyher.com with your order number, a photo of the product and packing slip, and we’ll send you the correct item right away.
